Participatory Planning Improving the Lives of Communities in Lao PDR

Since 2002, the Poverty Reduction Fund (PRF) works in rural parts of Laos to develop those areas and eradicate poverty. The program emphasizes the participation of the poor and ethnic minorities. Moreover, development planning ensures that all the actors of a given project communicate efficiently to maximize its impacts.
